Admin can export users data into an excel .csv file, by selecting the Export link. The sheet exports a list of users registered with the system. View the brief information of the user accounts on the list including buyers, sellers, advertisers, affiliates, delivery staff that can be further sorted and filtered for further analysis.
1. Export Process
The steps to export or download existing users data involves:
- Click on the ‘Hamburger Menu’
- Select ‘Import Export’,
- Click ‘Export’ from the left menu
- Select export option ‘Users’.
The following information is required to be submitted to download the .csv file:
1.1 Content Tab
This tab entails the following information:
- Language: Select language from the drop-down list provided. Please note that the list of languages displayed has a direct relation with the number of languages enabled in the system.

Export Data Range: By default option is selected as ‘Does Not Matter’. Click on the drop-down icon and choose other filtering options provided in case users list exceeds maximum set limit of 1000:
- By ID Range: This option exports users data within the set range e.g. Set the ‘Start ID’ as 5 and ‘End ID’ as 15. Only the set/asked range records will be exported, others will be excluded from the list.
- By Batches: Divide the exported users data into smaller batches. Decide the size of the batch say 50 or 100 and assign each batch a unique name say ‘1’. Once information is added, click on the ‘Submit’ button and check your ‘Downloads’ folder to view the exported file.
Open exported .csv file and once it is accessed, data can be viewed in the following sequence:
- User ID: User defined unique ID for the city. This works as a unique key for the system to identify a particular city.
- Name: User defined unique identifier for a city. This works as a unique key for the system to identify a particular city.
- Username: User defined name for city.
- Email: This works as a unique key for the system to identify a particular State Identifier. This field needs to be the same as the State Identifier defined in the States Content sheet.
- Phone: Latitude of city
- Is Buyer: Longitude of city.
- Is Supplier: User defined field to mark a particular City as active in the system or not. Possible inputs for this field are 'Yes' & 'No'. Default value should be set as 'Yes'.
- Is Advertiser: User defined field to mark a particular City as active in the system or not. Possible inputs for this field are 'Yes' & 'No'. Default value should be set as 'Yes'.
- Is Affiliate: User defined field to mark a particular City as active in the system or not. Possible inputs for this field are 'Yes' & 'No'. Default value should be set as 'Yes'.
- Is Delivery Staff: User defined field to mark a particular City as active in the system or not. Possible inputs for this field are 'Yes' & 'No'. Default value should be set as 'Yes'.
