View and manage the shops listed on the portal using the Shops module. The Shop List displayed here populates data of all registered sellers on the panel.
Whenever required, view, make edits to listed shop details, change store statuses and access other details listed.
Note: By default the list of shops are sorted on the criteria of Active status and shop names alphabetically. The tabular format list is self-explanatory and showcases the following information fields:
- Sr.No: Display the hierarchy of shops registered.
- Owner: The store proprietor’s name is displayed in this column.
- Name: Enlists the registered name of the shop. Click on the shop URL below the store name and it redirects to the store website.
- Reports: Shops reported as Spam by buyers reports can be accessed by clicking on the column value. Click on the value and it will redirect to a detailed Shop Reports Listing page.
- Reviews: View and access buyers reviews by clicking on the column value.

Status: Quickly change the statues with the help of toggle switch
. A prompt confirming Record Updated Successfully appears at the bottom of the page to confirm changes.
- Created On: Display date when the shop has been created.
- Status By Seller: View the current status of the seller.
- Self Pickup: View the current status of Self Pickup availability with the shop.
In accordance with this, there are certain actions that you hold the right to perform. Click on three horizontal dots and access the following options:

Edit: Access listed information, make edits to the following shop setup details:

General: The General tab lists basic information/details of the shop.
- Shop Identifier*: View/edit identifier details in the field.
- Shop SEO Friendly URL*: View or suggest editing for shop URL.
- Country*: View/edit listed country details, select from the dropdown list.
- State*: View/edit listed state details, select from the dropdown list.
- City*: View/edit listed city details, select from the dropdown list.
- Postal Code: View/edit postal code details.
- Address*: View/edit address.
- Phone: View/edit phone number.
- Display Status: View/Edit the shop’s current display status.

Status: Make changes to the status from the dropdown list.
Note: This action is a replica of the toggle button discussed above in the manual. -
Add Shop Location: Tap on the provided map window and enter the current shop address in the provided field. Or click on Locate to locate your accurate shop address via GPS.
Note: This address is used by the Delivery staff to locate the seller shop.
Click on Save Changes to save the made changes.

Language Data: This tab displays the following fields where you can view/edit information:
- Shop Name*: View/edit shop name.
- Contact Person: View/edit details of the person to be contacted.
- Description: View/edit description of the shop.
- Payment Policy: View/edit payment policy.

Delivery Policy: View/edit delivery policy
- Refund Policy: View/edit refund policy.
- Additional Information: View/edit additional information.

Seller Information: View/edit seller information.
Note: The number of tabs appearing has a direct relation with the number of languages enabled in the system.

Media: The changes made here are reflected at the front end of the shop. Through this tab, the following edits/additions are made:

Logo: View/edit/upload information into the following fields:
- Language: Select from the drop-down list to view the currently listed language, make edits if required. The number of languages appearing in the list will depend upon the languages enabled in the system.
- Logo: View/upload logo by clicking on Upload, browse from your device or computer and follow the prompts.

Banners: View/upload banners that are to be reflected at the front end of the website.
- Language: Select from the drop-down list to view the currently listed language, make edits if required. The number of languages appearing in the list will depend upon the languages enabled in the system.
- URL*: View/edit URL of the banner
- Open In: View or select the option about how the banner is likely to open on click, either in a new or same window.
- Banner: View/upload banner by clicking on Upload, browse from your device or computer and follow the prompts.

Background Image:
- Language: View/edit languages by accessing the drop-down list. The number of languages appearing in the list will depend upon the languages enabled in the system.
- Background Image: View/upload background image by clicking on Upload, browse from your device or computer and follow the prompts.

Logo: View/edit/upload information into the following fields:

Shop Settings: View, add information, make edits into the self-explanatory tabular tab shown below

Shop Timings: View listed information and if required, make edits into the shop timings with the help of a checkbox
provided before the weekdays’ list.

Week Days
: Select one or more days when the shop is operative. Green checkbox will appear before the day(s) selected.
- Start Time: Enter/edit start time.
- End Time: Enter/edit end time, once finalized, click Update to save changes.

Shop Packaging Time: This field contains information about the availability of packing time that can be viewed/edited.
- Packaging Time (In Mins): View the packaging time field, make edits if required and click Update once changes are made.

Delivery Exclusions: View/edit/add new/remove delivery exclusions by accessing the following fields:

Add New: Click on Add New to list exclusions details into From and To input fields. Once changes are made, click Update.
Note: There is an Add button to list multiple delivery exclusions details. - Edit/Delete: There is an option to edit/delete existing exclusions entries when no exclusions are required, click on Delete to remove and Edit to make necessary edits.

Delivery Slots: This tab will not be displayed if a shop’s delivery is managed by the admin, in which case, admin’s delivery slots will be applicable. However, if the delivery is managed by the seller, you can manage slots availability either by editing existing slots or adding new ones through the following options:

Add New: Click Add New from the upper right corner, enter start and end time into respective input fields, click Add and Update to save.
Note: The selected slots must be within the shop timings updated in the first tab. If any delivery slot diverts from the shop timings, the entire slot will not be displayed to the buyers on the checkout page. - Edit: Click Edit, enter Start and End Time into respective input fields and update to save. To go back to the list, click Back To List.
- Delete: Click on Delete and follow the prompts to delete a pickup time slot.

Add New: Click Add New from the upper right corner, enter start and end time into respective input fields, click Add and Update to save.

Self Pickup Slots: This tab will be displayed - for the shops that have enabled Self Pickup. Manage pickup slots availability either by editing existing slots or adding new ones through the following options:

Add New: Click Add New at the upper right corner, enter start and end time into respective input fields, click Add and Update to save. Once pickup slots are added it will be added to the list and allows you to perform following actions:
- Edit: Click Edit, enter start and end time into respective input fields and Update to save. To go back to the list, click Back To List.

Delete: To remove slots that have been added previously, click on Delete, and follow the prompts.
Note: The selected slots must be within the shop timings updated in the first tab. If any pickup slot diverts from the shop timings, the entire slot will not be displayed to the buyers on the checkout page.

Shop Timings: View listed information and if required, make edits into the shop timings with the help of a checkbox

Delivery Settings: View, add information and make edits into the seller’s delivery settings through the following fields:
- Enable Self Pickup: From the dropdown list, edit/update the self-pickup facility for the shop.
- Delivery Manage By*: From the dropdown list, edit/update who the delivery will be managed by i.e, Seller or Admin.
- Delivery Charges: Edit/update the delivery charges applicable to the shop.
- Allow Free Delivery: Edit/update the free delivery facility for the seller’s shop.
- Free Delivery On: Enter/edit the amount on or above which, free delivery will be applicable.

Broadcast Orders: Allow or disallow the broadcasting of orders through thischeckbox. It means if you want to broadcast the orders to admin delivery boys.
Click on Save Changes to save the made changes.
At the top of the shops list page, there's a Search bar that provides a quick and easy way to filter the records in a list To filter out data of listed shops, the following search options are available: - Keyword: Search by shop or seller name keywords.
- Status: Sort list as per statuses, active, or inactive.
- Shop Status By Seller: Sort list as per status set by the seller.
- Delivery Managed By: Search as per who manages the shop deliveries.
- Self Pickup: Search as per shop self pickup set by the seller.

Date From & To: Extract data by entering the date range.
Once the Search is complete, click on Clear Search to view the complete list again.
