An interactive multi-stream dashboard where advanced analytics, quick insights, progress at a glance are easily managed through the following headers:

1. Sales Insights

Homepage of the Dashboard takes you to the sales insights where the following information can be accessed:

• Order Sales: Depicts the total quota of ordered sales and of the current month.
  The box is clickable and will redirect to the compiled customers orders list. The amount calculated here includes:
  • Total Products sold. This does not include products that have been refunded.
  • Delivery Charges. This does not include a delivery discount applied (free delivery) if any.
  • Includes Total Tax. The amount calculated does not include Coupon Discount Amount, Reward Points discount amount and Volume Discount Amount.
• Sales Earnings: Depicts the total quota of sales earned ( Sum of Delivery Commission + Order Product Commission - Refunded Product’s Commission) along with earnings made in the current month. It is important to know that the amount reflected here is the total earnings of the Admin that is calculated only from the completed orders. Orders that have status Completed or Refunded/Completed are considered for the sales . The box is clickable and will redirect to the compiled Sales Report list.
• New Users: Track new users registration data so far and of the current month.
• New Shops: Track the number of new shops created so far and for the current month.

2. Statistics

Know the performance of stores during the last six months through the following tabs:

• Sales: Depicts the total orders sales for the last six months including the current month. Sales include the following calculations:
  • Total products amount excluding refunded products amount.
  • Delivery charges excluding delivery discount amount.
  • Includes total tax excluding discount amount, reward points discount amount and volume discount amount..
• Sales Earnings: It shows the admin sales earnings for the last six months including the current month. Earnings include: 
  • Sum of delivery commission and order product commission excludingrefunded product’s commission.
• Buyer/Seller Signups: Shows the total number of buyers and sellers registered in the last six months.
• Affiliate Signups: Displays affiliate signups registered with the website in the last 6 months.
• Products: Shows the total number of active seller products added.

3. Traffic

The traffic analytics graph tracks down primary data sources such as Direct, Referral and Search Engine represented through Blue, Red and Orange color respectively. Clicking at the three vertical dots  generalize data as today, weekly, monthly, yearly as chosen.

4. Visitors Statistics

The number of visitors data can be generalized by hovering over the line graph. Placing the cursor on the Green linear will make the Date and Time Series stamps appear for easy viewing.

5. Conversions Statistics

View a bar graph that depicts the percentage of conversions under the labels such as Added to Cart, Reached Checkout, Purchased, Canceled. Hovering over the cursor on each bar will make data labels appear.

6. Top Products

Top performing products or the most picked products by users are displayed here. Clicking on three vertical dots  will filter products data today, weekly, monthly, yearly as selected.

Note: The results displayed enlist the top 10 products which are most sold in the current year.

7. Top Search Items

This panel displays the Top Search Items list and clicking on three vertical dots  will filter search items data as today, weekly, monthly and yearly. The data can be generalized from the system’s identification of the number of times a keyword is searched on the Home Page by the front end users. Every time a keyword is searched, its count is stored in the database and out of those searched keywords, top 10 records, having the maximum number of counts are shown on the admin dashboard.

8. Social Media Links

For easier analysis, view the percentage of visitors through social media networks linked to their website/store

9. Top Referrers

The Top Referrers section displays a list of sites that referred traffic to your site. Again clicking on three vertical dots  will filter referred sites data as today, weekly, monthly, yearly.

10. Top Countries

View a consolidated list of users from the top seven countries who spent most of their time viewing store/inventory. The three vertical dots  will sort data as today, weekly, monthly, yearly.

11. Latest Orders

View the list of five recent orders created in the system along with the date, order id, customer, order total, status-related details.

Note: There is no criteria set, just as the order is created, it will be shown to buyers.

12. Modular Tab

Under the Modular Tab, access the following information simply by switching between tabs:

• Statistics: Illustrate and uncover more information about the data set including:
  • Buyer/seller registered: Calculates registration data of buyer/seller as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Advertisers registered: Calculates advertisers registration data of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Affiliates registered: Calculates affiliates registration data of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Products published: Calculates products published data of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far. To understand this further, it is important to know that it shows the count of how many products are added to the seller’s inventory. Eligible products for these stats are those which are Active, Catalog Approved and Not Deleted. Also it is noteworthy to know that Approval Status is settings dependent i.e if the product approval settings are disabled then this status is not considered during count calculations.
  • Number of shops: Calculates no. of shops registration data of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far. The date considered is when the shop is created in the system.
  • Orders placed count: Calculates no. of orders placed as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far. Note that the date considered is when the order is placed.
  • Orders placed value: Calculates placed orders value as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Average order value: Calculates average order value as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Sales: Calculates sales value as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far. The calculation of this includes the total amount = (Product Unit Price X Quantity) + (Tax + Delivery -Discount) - (Order Return Amount).
  • Sales earnings: Calculates sales earnings as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Withdrawal requests: Calculates withdrawal requests initiated by the buyers/sellers/advertisers/affiliates. Data is presented as today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Commission to affiliate users: Calculates withdrawal requests as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far. The amount shown here is the total referral amount collected by affiliates until today.
  • PPC earnings: Calculates PPC earnings as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Subscription earnings: Calculates subscription earning as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
  • Product reviews: Calculates product reviews as of today, this week, this month, last 3 months and total account so far.
• Seller Products: The given list previews recent 10 products added by Sellers’ into their inventory. A quick glance details the following information:
  • Name/Brand
  • Shop
  • Inventory availability/price
• Shops: Presents a list of 10 recently created shops along with store name, owner name, creation date and their current status.
• Buyers/seller Signups: A featured list detailing recent 10 buyers/seller sign-ups garnered in the system.
•  Advertiser Signups: Displays the details of the 10 recent users registered as advertisers on the website.
• Affiliate Signups: Displays the details of the 10 users registered as affiliates on the website.

It is important to understand following criteria upon which the data mentioned above is shown and displayed:

• This Week: By This Week understand that the system recognizes it from Sunday to Saturday.
• This Month: By This Month understand that the system identifies it as the current month.
• Last 3 Months: This is the time period within the last 3 months from the last day to the current day.
• Total: This means, total from the beginning till today i.e. no date criteria added.
