Before you embark on testing, ensure that ‘Activate Newsletter Subscription’ is set to ‘Yes’ and ‘MailChimp’ is selected as an email marketing system.
- Go to the front-end homepage of the website. At the footer of the homepage, a header ‘Subscribe Now With Email’ will appear with the ‘Email Address’ field and ‘Subscribe’ button.
- To test, enter the email address and click on ‘Subscribe’, successfullysubscribed message is displayed to confirm subscription.
