Through this section, the user GDPR requests shall be managed.
Through this module, the admin shall be able to view the user requests to delete the account from the platform and take the appropriate actions.
Admin can perform the following operations in this section:
- On clicking the option next to the the listing, the admin shall be able to select the status of the request as:
- Pending - will be the by default status for a user request
- Complete- this status would mark the status of the request as complete with no action
- Delete data- this status will confirm the request and delete the user personal data from the platform database
- Delete the request - this status will delete the user request from the admin view.
